SoftwareShore (“we”, “us”, or “our”) aims to ensure customer satisfaction with the digital goods we offer. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, or you may encounter issues with the digital product. Our refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for digital goods purchased from our website.
– AUTODESK SUBSCRIPTIONS
- If at any point during your Autodesk subscription you lose access, our team will resolve any issues for you to ensure you are not without your license. In the rare chance it is unresolved, we will issue a refund for the remaining time on your subscription. In 3 years, this has not happened.
- Your license term with us begins once our team issues an order note & marks your order as completed. If you require us to put your license on hold until a certain date, you must reach out to us to request this.
- When you are due for a renewal, we will honor the same subscription price as listed when you signed up. Excluding any discount code(s) you used on your initial sign-up.
- We only facilitate access to Autodesk software through the customer’s own Autodesk account. We are not responsible for the results obtained through the use of the software or any damage caused by its use.
- Customers are solely responsible for complying with Autodesk’s End User License Agreement (EULA). You are responsible for any breach of Autodesk’s EULA and any resulting consequences.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our service.
- We are not responsible for any delays, complications, or disputes arising from your interaction with Autodesk regarding your software license or account

- Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
a. The digital good must have been purchased from SoftwareShore through our official website or an authorized reseller.
c. You must provide a valid reason for the refund request, such as a technical issue with the digital good, misrepresentation of the product, or non-delivery of the product. Our team will try to resolve your issue and if it cannot be resolved we will refund without question. In situations where you refuse our help, a refund is not eligible.
– Refunds on subscription products
If at any point during a subscription license, your access is revoked or the license is no longer working and we are unable to resolve it. You will be eligible for a refund on the remaining time left on your license.
- Non-refundable Digital Goods
Please note that certain types of digital goods are not eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
a. Customized or personalized digital goods.
b. Digital goods that have been downloaded or accessed, unless there is a significant defect or issue with the product that cannot be resolved.
c. Gift cards or vouchers for digital goods.
- Refund Process
If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team at support@softwareshore.com within the eligible refund period.
b. Provide your proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.
c. Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Exceptions
In certain situations, a refund may be granted at our sole discretion, even if the eligibility criteria are not met. These situations include, but are not limited to:
a. The digital good contains significant defects or issues that prevent it from functioning as described, and we are unable to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
b. There is a legal requirement for us to issue a refund, such as in cases of fraud or misrepresentation.
